GETABECKESSELGETABECKESSEL that we produce is a high-efficiency steam and hot water boiler for every application, in various designs with energy saving system and fully automatic operation without need to constant supervision. These boilers are three pass, wet-back design principle. The water contents can be quickly transformed into steam. Our boilers always have sufficient steam reserve, even during sudden peak demand period. Using a gas or oil or dual fuel burner, the frame intensity is matched virtually instantly to the steam or hot water consumption, taking into account the fuel characteristic. By the way, another positive factor is that a large flame tube effectively reduces the NOx emission. GETABECKESSEL can cope easily with peak and low-demand periods for steam or hot water. Output per boiler up to 30 ton/hr. Operating pressure up to 24 bar. GETABECKESSEL can produce saturated steam, low-pressure saturated steam, superheated steam and high pressure hot water as required by local heat, district heat and process heat, from the individual boiler to large boiler plant, boiler with feed water treatment, feed water storage and deaeration, with heat recovery assemblies, with noise suppression, with special components. Upon request, we can also show you operation reference installations. All parts of boiler from are sturdily built, with plenty of reserve performance. Only components internationally recognized brand named are used, with pressure controller and safety pressure limiter, equipped for fully automatic boiler operation. Beside traditional fuels such as oil, gas, coal and wood there are special designs where fuels such as industrial waste, municipal waste, paper, biomass and hazardous waste can be utilized. HEAT RECOVERY STEAM BOILERThe Waste Heat Recovery Steam Boiler - HRSG from GETABEC is designed according to the principle of the flame tube/smoke tube boiler. The hot flue gas is directed through pipe bundles, where its heat is transferred to the water inside the boiler body. At the front inlet and rear exit flue gas side of the Waste Heat Recovery Boiler, designed flue gas camper with cleaning apertures. All inlet openings are removable, for an optimal cleaning of the smoke tubes. Our Waste Heat Recovery Boiler to minimize radiation losses is fitted with a composite thermal insulation with a zinc alum iron sheet steel jacket.The Waste Heat Recovery Boiler is fixated on a basic frame that spreads the load across a large area of the floor. For the expansion the boilers designed also the gliding and fixed points together with the base frame.Many industrial processes generate large amounts of waste energy thatsimply pass out of plant stacks and into the atmosphere or are otherwiselost. Most industrial waste heat streams are liquid, gaseous, or acombination of the two and have temperatures from slightly above ambient to over 1000 ºC. At stack gas temperature greater than 500 ºC, the heat going up the stack is likely to be the single biggest loss in the process. Above 900 ºC stack losses will consume at least half of the total fuel input to the process. Yet, the energy that is recovered from waste heat streams could displace part or all of the energy input needs for a unit operation within a plant.Therefore, waste heat recovery offers a great opportunity to productively use this energy, reducing overall plant energy, consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
